Hi all

First I want to thank you all so much for the well-wishes on Bella. This last week has been very stressful for my hubby and myself and of course Bella.. on top of her recovering from surgery, hubby got the flu and was off work all week and gave me funk as well, so we have all been sick and I had only just been getting over my last batch of flu.. Geeze! I still feel lousy and have spent hardly any time on my computer the past few days, I have mostly just been laying in bed watching CNN.. which is weird for me cuz I just never watch the news.. but anyway, on to news about Bella

We found out from the Vet today that it was a stage 2 form (which is what we expected) and we also found out that they got 'clean edges' all the way around the tumor when they removed it - which is the best we could hope for. This means that there is still a chance that it can come back someday but for now she is good!



She also had a second lump removed from the front of her chest which they found no mast cells in, which was also great news so now we just have to go and have her stitches taken out in a few more days and she can take her cone off her head soon, so she will be happy about that. Poor thing keeps getting stuck everywhere and I have bruises from the stupid cone on the back of my legs where she bumps me constantly whenever I go anywhere lol(she follows me around everywhere)

I am so grateful for all your support through this and I am so thankful that my beautiful girl should still have many years left with us

As a parting thought I would just like to say .. tell those that you love, you love them every day, because you never know when it will be the last time you get to say it to them.
